Wholesale Good durability Basalt Fibre Geogrid Mesh Manufacturer, Supplier

Product Introduction

Basalt fibre geotextile (geogrid) is made of alkali and acid resistant strong basalt fibre, woven into a grating cloth and then dried and shaped after post-treatment. Basalt fibre geotextile has superior water permeability, filtration, durability and weather resistance.

Geo-mesh is useful for reinforcing asphalt-concrete (covering in construction, reconstruction and repair of airports, runways, highways and any pavements, pedestrian ways, road inclines and banks. The reinforcement of disc cutters with basalt nets increases their reliability, safety, and the cutting process output The strength of basalt net is as good as metal reinforcement, however it is also 2.6 times lighter, thereby simplifying transportation and handling in construction.

APPLICATIONS
1
Road and Bridge Construction In the construction of roads and bridges, basalt fibre geogrid mesh is added to cement concrete to improve its tensile strength, crack resistance, and overall durability. This results in longer-lasting and more resilient road surfaces and bridge structures, reducing maintenance needs and enhancing safety.
2
Airport Runway Pavements Basalt fibre geogrid mesh is incorporated into the concrete mix for airport runway pavements to enhance the resistance to heavy loads, abrasion, and impact. This ensures the longevity and structural integrity of the runway surfaces, contributing to safe and efficient air travel operations.
3
Dam Construction When used in the construction of dams, basalt fibre geogrid mesh reinforces the concrete, providing increased resistance to cracking, shrinkage, and thermal stresses. This results in durable and reliable dam structures that can withstand the hydraulic pressures and environmental conditions associated with water retention and flood control.
4
Infrastructure Projects Beyond the specific applications mentioned, basalt fibre geogrid mesh is also utilized in a wide range of infrastructure projects such as tunnels, retaining walls, and underground structures. Its incorporation into cement concrete enhances the overall performance and service life of these critical infrastructure components.
