1. Raw Petrographic Selection

Not all basalt rocks are equal. We analyze volcanic geological deposits for optimal silica (SiO2), alumina (Al2O3), iron oxides (Fe2O3/FeO), and titanium dioxide content to ensure clean melt processing.

2. Melting at 1450°C - 1500°C

The selected raw stones undergo specialized gas-fired or electric-arc melting processes without chemical additions. This liquefies the volcanic structure into a highly homogeneous slurry.

3. Platinum-Rhodium Bushing Drawing

The molten slag is drawn through high-precision, proprietary platinum-rhodium alloy multi-hole bushings. This forms continuous filaments down to single-digit micron diameters (typically 9µm to 22µm).

4. Custom Sizing Application

What is the chemical composition of China Beihai Continuous Basalt Fiber (CBF)?

Why is basalt rebar superior to traditional carbon steel in concrete structures?
