Combining proprietary high-purity volcanic melt processes with state-of-the-art surface treatment sizing, our basalt fiber rebar products guarantee structural integrity under extreme conditions.
We manufacture structural products ranging from continuous basalt fiber roving, chopped strand mats, woven cloths, fireproof felts, and basalt fiber rebar configurations to heat-insulating sleeves and complex reinforcing structural meshes. We meet diverse mechanical requirements with extreme dimensional consistency.
We operate advanced continuous melting and drawing systems. Our engineering teams perform automated chemistry monitoring of volcanic basalt feedstock to ensure stable iron oxide (FeÔ) distribution. This directly translates to uniform material strength, heat insulation, and high alkali-resistant profiles.
Collaborating with China Beihai Group ensures access to certified ISO quality control systems, continuous material supplies, and competitive direct-from-factory pricing. Our supply chain provides complete traceability, custom profiling, and robust packaging systems to fulfill large-scale infrastructure projects.
In an era of rising mineral costs and environmental carbon taxes, our manufacturing complex in Jiujiang provides robust structural materials with a minimal carbon footprint.
Every meter of basalt rebar produced in our Jiujiang plant undergoes real-time laser diameter testing and automated curing oven temperature checks, ensuring high mechanical properties that meet international ASTM D7957 structural codes.
Continuous basalt fiber is produced by single-component thermal melting of crushed volcanic basalt rock. Unlike energy-intensive steel smelting, it has a minimal carbon footprint. BFRP rebar helps developers achieve strict LEED Green Building and BREEAM certifications.
By operating integrated direct drawing installations in Jiangxi, China Beihai Group ensures continuous raw material supplies, cushioning clients from commodity market shocks. Our port-adjacent location ensures reliable shipping schedules to Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Americas.
Basalt fiber is ideal for your engineering projects. Its high strength, corrosion resistance, and lightweight properties allow it to easily solve a variety of structural challenges.
Perfect for sea wall barriers, port terminals, bridge abutments, and piers. Traditional steel reinforcement suffers from chloride-induced rust, leading to concrete spalling. BFRP rebar is completely immune to marine salt atmospheres.
Basalt fibers are ideal for manufacturing aircraft wing structures, interior panels, and critical engine components. Their lightweight, high-temperature, and non-flammable properties support safety and fuel efficiency goals.
Highly resistant to strong acids, toxic industrial compounds, and high-alkali cement matrices. Ideal for industrial plant floors, chemical waste holding basins, and bridge decks exposed to corrosive environments.
From aerospace thermal protection sheets to structural bridge columns, China Beihai’s premium basalt solutions deliver outstanding field results worldwide.
Our Basalt Fiber Rebar is a high-strength alternative to traditional steel bars. It is designed to reinforce concrete structures in bridges, highways, chemical facilities, and underground foundations.
Engineered via precision pultrusion with a sand-coated surface treatment, it provides exceptional concrete bonding, high shear transfer strength, and complete resistance to rusting, ensuring excellent performance for complex infrastructure projects.

Unlike e-glass fibers, which are vulnerable to alkaline attacks, basalt fiber is naturally resistant to alkalis and acids. To ensure maximum durability, China Beihai applies a high-performance vinyl ester or epoxy resin coating to encapsulate the fibers, preventing direct contact with the alkaline pore solution of the concrete and guaranteeing robust mechanical performance for decades.
BFRP rebar can be easily cut on-site using standard diamond-tipped saw blades or grinding discs. However, like all cured composite materials, it cannot be bent on-site after the pultrusion resin has cured. All bends, stirrups, and corner shapes must be detailed in the design phase and pre-fabricated at our Jiangxi plant.
For standard configurations, our average manufacturing lead time is 15 to 25 days from contract finalization. Custom sizing, specialized finishes, and complex bent shapes are manufactured in 30 to 45 days. We provide comprehensive export documentation, custom packaging, and flexible global logistics options.
